I'd have told her to go to the sidewalk and then threw it out the window. I've had people ask me for blankets at night while camped in a walmart parking lot while on a road trip. i was in a school bus so I threw it out the window which is too high up for them to reach me. But it does take some discernment. I did it because others were around.

having security cameras is the best thing ring is the best thing they made that way you can catch everything on the camera and you need to show it to the police so they know who was at your door and stay safe
