Absolute filth, but somehow still 59g of protein per serving. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Honey Garlic Chicken • 800g chicken breast, cubed • 1.5 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1.5 tsp garlic powder • 1.5 tsp onion powder • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika • 2 tsp olive oil • 30g light butter • 2 tsp minced garlic • 30g honey • Handful fresh parsley, chopped Garlic Mac & Cheese • 220g uncooked macaroni • 1 large tbsp minced garlic • 300ml skimmed milk • 160g light cream cheese • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp nutmeg • 100g low-fat cheddar cheese HOW TO MAKE IT: 1. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and some of the butter. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden, flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until cooked through. 3. Lower the heat and add the remaining butter, minced garlic and honey. Give it a mixy mixy motherfucker! until the chicken is coated in that sticky honey garlic goodness. Remove and set aside. 4. Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions. 5. In the same pan, cook the minced garlic in the leftover buttery goodness for around 2 minutes. 6. Add the skimmed milk, light cream cheese, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. 7. Lower the heat, add the cheddar and stir until melted. Add the cooked macaroni and give the whole thing another mixy mixy motherfucker! 8. Serve the mac & cheese topped with the sticky honey garlic chicken and finish with fresh parsley.
