Outpatient psych NP. 3 10s (considered full time). No weekends. No holidays. No on call. If a holiday falls on my off day, I float it to another day.

Peds NP and co practice owner. 32 plus patients a day/4 days a week. On call every other night and every other weekend. 5 weeks off a year (or whenever I want). Do all the admin too. LOVE peds but stress is A LOT too 😥

would you say its less being on your feet than a typical rn at a hospital because i have major feet problems w being on them i had plantar fasciitis when i was doing cna clinicals in the past and my feet had never hurt worse but i want to be a nurse i cant let my stupid feet stop me😭
