The work, works. 😙 BUT I don’t stick to things I hate. So here’s the routine I’ve learned to love dearly 💌 movement: lifting weights is a non-negotiable for me. it’s been the biggest driver in transforming my physique, and I truly think everyone should be picking up weights. i stopped hyper-focusing on the “perfect workout” and started doing exercises I genuinely love. i use a mix of heavy and lighter weights. heavy for lower reps, lighter for higher reps to fatigue. favorite exercises: deadlifts, split squats, hamstring curls, chest press, tricep pushdowns, seated rows, lat pulldowns, face pulls, hammer curls, and weighted core. nutrition: what you eat and how much you eat impacts your physique more than anything. i prioritize whole foods and protein in my main meals, but I don’t restrict foods anymore. the biggest change for me was learning to honor my fullness cues and stop eating when I’m satisfied. allowing fun foods in moderation has made this transformation feel sustainable. i also prefer 2-3 larger meals throughout the day, which has helped reduce food noise and keep me focused. my core: i credit most of my core definition to weighted ab exercises. i use 5-15 lb dumbbells to build the abdominal muscles, which can help you see more definition even at a higher body fat percentage. i’ve also focused on deep core work and learning how to properly engage my core by pulling my ribs down. i train core 3-4x per week for about 5 minutes. stress: i’m an anxiety-ridden gal. historically, I carried most of my body fat in my lower belly. over the past few months, I’ve prioritized stress management, sleep, and balance. i don’t stress over a day or two off routine anymore, and my body thanks me for it. romanticize your life, focus on what you can control, and trust that things will work out. the cortisol spike isn’t worth it :) posting new workouts & tips weekly!! thank you for following along 🥹🤏🏼
