My dog only barks at other dogs / people right outside my apartment door, like in the hallways, when I take her out to use the bathroom, etc. It almost seems like anxious / defensive barking. When we go on walks in more popular and crowded spaces, she’s excellent! How can I work on this with her?

I’ve tried this and my dog just keeps trying to pull, he won’t come back or even look at me. he will just try and keep pulling me. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong😫
