Not to be too graphic, but some wounds are SO visible of signs there is no life. My husband passed due to an injury to his head and I didn’t touch him, because of what I saw.

I knew it was him, when he didn't check on the kids. My husband would have tried to save them before he tried to save me. Without question and that 911 operator had to ask so many times and he still went out to look for the police

His text messages to the mistress the night before basically telling her tomorrow everything would change and then the night of that it was almost done. A literal confession. Such a waste of court time. This man is beyond guilty. I’d be ready to vote now as a juror.

My sis in law had a horrific stroke at 33 just days after having a baby. My brother (her husband) and our other brother (lived with them) found her in her bed where she was napping, unresponsive, lungs full of fluid (brain fluid from her swelling brain). They didn’t hesitate to move her, apparently they could hear the fluid swish around when they did that. She was medically dead. They were panicked. Mother of three including a newborn. They weren’t afraid to touch or move her body bc they didn’t have to think about trying to avoid implicating themselves in a crime scene. They just panicked and reacted and did everything they could to save her. It was incredibly traumatic. She lived, after an incredibly scary time for our family, with significant deficits. Point being - your loved one is dying, you get over the “ickies” and fight to save them, tell them you love them, hold them and beg god to give a miracle.

I am usually understanding of people who don’t act in the “accepted manner” during an emergency or trauma. Because I tend to shut down and freeze myself. However, not checking the person’s status and trying to revive them in this situation is absolutely unheard of. I would be surprised to hear of another innocent person acting as hands-off as he did.

Someone could be literally double my body weight and I’m ripping them off that bed to perform CPR! If they’re bleeding, I’m grabbing something to put pressure on the wound. I shook her leg? Tf? Absolutely not.

I didn’t know too many details about the case til your videos. I also think the 911 call was weird because he’s yelling intruder but wouldn’t check on the kids. It’s like he was purposely giving the dispatcher the run around when she was asking if he checked on them. Then was just outside to wave down cops. If you genuinely think there’s someone that got your wife why wouldn’t you lock yourself in the kids bedroom or something

What really surprised me if he left his girls in the room alone. The first thing I would do knowing someone just shot my wife is to protect my daughters and lock the door and stay in the room while calling 911. How did he know intruder left?

I don’t know about this one. He’s 100% guilty but I remember when my brother fell from 7th floor (he survived). People were around and they were trying to move him but I was too scared to touch him. To this day I don’t know why I watched him from distance. I cried but no tears were coming. I was throwing myself on the ground and absolutely shocked but I couldn’t go near him.
