@bet: Nolan Wells’ mother fought through tears as she responded to the grand jury’s decision not to indict anyone in connection with her son’s death. The family and attorney Ben Crump are now renewing their call for the U.S. Department of Justice to conduct an independent federal review. Crump says the investigation must continue until the circumstances surrounding Nolan’s death including the injuries documented during his autopsies are fully explained.
