Boiler Scrappage scheme is no use. If you replace with a heat pump your home also needs to be up to standard. So you have to invest in upgrading insulation etc

did you know that many elderly and disabled people live in old house where a heat pump will not work. you are making us choose between heating and eating. many families are struggling to pay their ESB bills and you want people to change over to heat pumps which will be more expensive to run on electricity. many disabled people are trying to survive on 254 a week plus the fuel allowance. FG are driving up the cost of living.
