Introducing...GRANDMA'S HOUSE 🍰🇧🇩 my accidental mini series where I explore and ATTEMPT to make the sweet treats I grew up eating at my grandma's house, the type of food that seems to appear on a paper towel within minutes of setting foot in the door!! 🍯don't see much representation of bengali desserts, or at least modern tutorials so l wanted to share them with you all in hope that we can all learn and make them! It's part vlog/ part tutorial (if it goes well). I would consider myself a decent baker but these techniques and fundamentals are so different to what I find familiar, so I learnt alot! I felt like a fish (haha) out of water but some flavours and techniques are so cool + input from my mother who has no idea what's going on either So yeah stay tuned for part 1 tomorrow!!
