really whether he's unwell or not it's unforcifiable. but one can infer very clearly that if you're unwell, you take leave which is strange that he compel himself to be in parliament and by doing so somehow the illness itself doesn't compel him to call for a discretionary brick earlier so that he doesn't lose composure which is rather counterintuitive. together with this reason that he's sorry because he overworked himself and didn't call for a break seems to suggest that this avenue of reprise is available to A member of parliament who happened to those of and then says that I'm sorry because I don't have the power to call for a break. seems like very kind and charitable from a non external party to himself. and sorry I'm sick reason seems to evaporate when you consider this.
