everyone in the car probably got a promise to appear the next day and released. Things that used to get you at least a few years in prison, now gets u probation or such... So more people just say "fuck it I'll run" now. And u almost can't even blame them

I can definitely see why that officer reacted the way he did..but in situations like these, you have to make sure you don't lose control of your temper..It's one thing to be aggressive, it's another to be out right psychotic
