@mamasdownsouthkitchen: Chicken Fajita Pasta -1.5 pounds diced up chicken breast -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp onion powder -black pepper to taste -1 packet fajita seasoning -1/2 a diced up bell pepper (any color) -1/2 a diced up sweet onion -1 cup heavy whipping cream -1 cup of chicken broth -1 1/2 cups fiesta blend cheese (or cheddar) -8 ounces cooked and drained penne noodles Add a little oil to a hot skillet and add your chicken in. Sprinkle over the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and fajita seasoning and mix to coat. Add in your peppers and onion and cook everything until your chicken is done. Make sure to stir it around a few times while it cooks. When your chicken is done pour in your broth and heavy cream and mix. Bring it up to a low boil and stir in your cheese to melt.
