@iamchasematthew: I’m just saying if you know me, then you know. I’m proud to live in Tennessee. I was born in Sevier County where Dolly Parton was also from. That place is special to me. I’ve been in middle TN since I was 3 months old. People ask me all the time if I love living in Nashville but truthfully I live way outside of town and NOTHING beats that. Me and my friends grew up at every party house party and field party between Clarksville and Hartsville. Occasionally we’d go to Broadway just to hear our clapped out shitbox trucks exhaust racking off the buildings. I guess what I want you to know is I could have went into the big city and planted roots, but that ain’t me. To me, nothing is more valuable than where I started. This place has inspired me so what more could I need?Metaphorically I’m not where I used to be, but in a literal sense, I am where I’ve always been, doing the same shit in the same zip codes.
