Caffeine before bed helps me sleep! Got to love ADHD. Sonny sounds like he's teething, I used to buy some frozen fruit and put it in a baby fruit feeder for my daughter, will be doing the same again for this baby as it's the one thing that worked to soothe and distract

the next person that speaks to me about wake windows is going to feel my wrath because my teething 5 months old doesn't give a fuck about them and cries ALL. DAY. She kind of naps in the morning but after midday it is a russian roulette. I AM SO EXHAUSTED.
