They tried forcing us to send our son to a school just like this, so we ended up having to pull him & homeschool. They refuse us any ancillary services now, even though other sped students in the district receive them. It’s their way of punishing our family for not falling in line & doing what we’re told. They know we don’t have the resources to sue them so the best I can do is file a complaint with OSPI & hope for some sort of compensatory time.

Any staff member who is assaulted needs to press charges! And any child that is assaulted by another child at school needs to press charges against that child and their parents, diagnosis or not.
