![Nacho average recipe 🧀✨ [~502 cals 47g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 1 serving frozen waffle fries (~150 cals) ✰ 1 serving lightly breaded chicken nuggets (~130 cals) Mac & Cheese: ✰ 1 box chickpea pasta (I used Banza) ✰ 1 cup (240g) low fat cottage cheese ✰ 3/4 cup (180g) low fat milk (I used Fairlife) ✰ spices: 3 tsp (9g) onion powder, 3 tsp (9g) garlic powder, 3 tsp (9g) paprika, salt, and pepper ✰ 1/2 cup (56g) fat-free cheddar ✰ 1/2 cup (56g) fat-free mozzarella ✰ 1-2 tbsp (8g) cheddar powder (optional) Liv-fil-A sauce: ✰ 1/2 cup (113g) 0% Greek yogurt ✰ 1/4 cup (60g) sugar-free BBQ sauce ✰ 2 tbsp (30g) mustard ✰ 1 tsp (7g) honey ✰ 1 tbsp lemon juice (0.5 fl oz) 1. Boil water and cook pasta until al dente. 2. Set air fryer to 400°F and add nuggets and fries for 8–12 minutes or until golden. 3. Blend together cottage cheese, milk, and spices, then add to pan on LOW heat. (high heat will make it curdle) 4. Add cheese to pan and stir until cheese is melted and everything is combined. 5. Add pasta to cheese. 6. Assemble nachos by layering waffle fries, 1/6 of the mac & cheese, chicken nuggets, and 1/4 of Liv-fil-A sauce. 7. Enjoy!
