My problem with IKEA furniture is that so much of it is made of mdf. It scratches easily and let’s be honest - they don’t last very long. I’ve bought almost exclusively vintage furniture made of wood, because I want it to last a lifetime. I do think IKEA has a lot of good design looks though.
