How does someone hear “we don’t work with this shop because of our experience with them in the past” and not assume that it means the shop did something wrong?!? Like insurance companies don’t just stop working with shops on a whim, they have to demonstrate repeated issues to make them get to this point. 🤣

I would never want a shop that 1) isn’t warrantied by the insurance company, and 2) puts more work on me to have to do things like handle checks. I prefer to just drop the car off and then pick it up; leave me out of it, I just want my car fixed.

if my insurance provider won’t write for a shop or accept their estimates/pricing, i would get my vehicle pulled from that shop SO fast that id get a ticket for speeding
