I had a kidney transplant 16 years ago. I take numerous meds every day to prevent rejection. I eat meat, and occasionally drink beer. No problem with connecting to spirit. 😊

I fell for all of that crap too. You do what YOU need to do to take care of YOU. Of course lots of meds havent been around forever but meat has. Fluoride has also been being used for a VERY long time. Psychic mediums have been on the planet since the beginning of time. The people that say "You must do this" or "You can't do that" are the ones I run from.
