And then having a meeting about how the work wasn’t done correctly because it was lost in translation when it was relayed to the person doing the work (who still isn’t on this meeting) so they need to redo it

I wasn’t invited to any of the planning meetings for a project that I was supposed to run. And then they wondered why I didn’t have any of the information needed to manage the project.

And they usually agree on something that is not technically possible creating huge last minute emergency because their solution didn't work and you end up applying the only thing that you suggested to your manager, but instead of doing it in weeks you have to deliver it in a few hours

The best one is they reinvent a shitty wheel ask you to use it and when it causes loss of money and time after you WARNED them the new shity wheel wasn’t going to work then they scrape it I went through this SEVERAL times for over 5 yrs I left in July started my new job 2 weeks ago
