I used to go there in 1980s, 1990s and felt more easier to reach there not like now so messy with many buildings, cramped less common spaces.

as a kid . I will take train from tampines to bedok . jus to eat Hollywood and also the hokkien mee noodle ,3 or 4 stalls beside it (facing toilet) the ah ma hkm is good . should be RIP already

Don't forget... last time no mobile phone.... so we tell each other "meet at bedok rocket at ____hrs" before taking mrt to City Hall station (peninsula plaza) or Orchard station (far east plaza) ... take me back to the 1990s [Pleading]
