1. Writing a cold outreach or introduction email Act as an experienced business development professional writing first-touch outreach. Draft an introduction email to a new contact that opens with something specific to them or their company rather than a generic greeting, briefly explains why you're reaching out, and ends with a low-pressure ask like a short call. Assume the recipient has never heard of you or your company before, so establish credibility in one line without over-explaining your entire background. Keep it under 120 words, conversational but professional, no corporate buzzwords, and no more than one link or attachment mention. Output ready-to-send email copy with two subject line options to choose between. Before finalising, check the email leads with the recipient's interests rather than your own pitch, and that the ask is small enough to get a yes. 2. Turning a messy email into a clear task list Act as a highly organised operations assistant who's good at pulling structure out of chaos. Read the email currently open and extract every distinct task, request or commitment mentioned in it, even if they're buried in the middle of paragraphs, and turn them into a clean task list. Assume the email was written quickly and casually, so some asks may be implied rather than stated outright, and use judgement to catch those too. Keep each task to one short line, group by who's responsible if more than one person is mentioned, and don't add tasks that weren't actually implied by the email. Output a bulleted task list with an owner and, where mentioned, a deadline next to each item. Check nothing from the original email has been missed and that no task has been invented that wasn't actually there. 3. Weekly priorities email to a manager Act as a self-directed professional who keeps their manager informed without needing to be chased. Write a short weekly update email covering what got done this week, what's planned for next week, and anything that's blocked or needs the manager's input. Assume the manager is busy and skims emails, so lead with outcomes rather than a list of activities, and flag blockers clearly rather than mentioning them in passing. Keep it under 150 words, three short sections, confident tone rather than a list of excuses for what didn't get done. Output a ready-to-send email with a subject line that includes the week or date range. Check that blockers are impossible to miss, that the tone reads as proactive rather than defensive, and that it doesn't read like a diary of tasks. 4. Declining or rescheduling a meeting Act as a calm, professional executive handling calendar conflicts. Draft a reply declining or requesting to reschedule the meeting invite currently open, explaining briefly that the time no longer works and offering two or three alternative slots this week. Keep the reason vague enough not to overshare personal details but specific enough to sound genuine rather than dismissive, and assume the recipient will want to rebook quickly rather than let it drop. Keep it under 80 words, polite but not apologetic to the point of sounding unsure, UK English. Output ready-to-send email copy with a subject line. Check the tone doesn't sound like a brush-off, that alternative times are actually included, and that it doesn't ramble past the word limit. #mscopilot #microsoft #microsoftai #microsoftcopilot #aitoolsforbusiness

👇🏻 #gamescom #ASUSROG #ROG20thAnniversary #invited
