@farah_hammoud1: Lubya Bzeit 🇱🇧🤍 Lebanese-style green beans slowly cooked with tomatoes, garlic, warm spices & pomegranate molasses. One of those simple dishes that tastes even better the longer it cooks. Ingredients: • Fresh green beans, washed, tips removed & cut • 1 large onion, chopped • 2 large garlic cloves, minced • Medley tomatoes, chopped • Tomato paste • Tomato sauce/marinara • Pomegranate molasses • Olive oil • Salt • Black pepper • Allspice How I make it: Sauté the onion in olive oil until softened, then add salt and black pepper. Add the garlic, followed by the green beans and seasonings. Let everything cook together for a few minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses. Mix everything together, cover and cook on high for 15 minutes, then reduce to low and let it slowly cook for about 1 hour, until the beans are tender and the tomato sauce is rich and flavorful 🤍🇱🇧 Best served with fresh pita bread and somehow even better the next day 🤍
