@misterplacasostattooshop: This is one of those things I feel pretty strongly about. I’m not telling grown adults what they can or can’t put on their body. But hands and necks are different. They’re highly visible. They’re hard to hide. And once you tattoo those areas, there’s really no easing into it. If somebody is already heavily tattooed and understands that decision, that’s one thing. But if you’ve never been tattooed before and your first move is your hand or neck, I’m going to tell you no. Not because I’m judging you. Because I think those placements should come after you’ve actually lived with tattoos for a while. That’s just where I draw the line as an artist
