Progress is progress! If you can get a prescription for finasteride, take pumpkin seed oil pills, increase your hair washing(2-3 times a week) with something like nizoral that blocks DHT, that will also help.

I take pumpkinseed oil capsuels and use an aminexil serum (and minoxidil), and my hair is back to normal 🥳 Minoxidil alone didn't do much for me, but especially pumpkinseed oil has made a HUGE difference 🙏 🌺 Give it 6 months 🫶

I think this is very realistic. Not everyone has hair that grows like Cinderella. They say around 6 inches per year but mine is definitely a lot less like yours [Red heart]

Do you use Dermaroller? And hair growth just about 12cm a year so I think it’s normal! I’m 6 month on it and my scalp is not that seethrough anymore, just a little on top but The length is still not there but it’s normal

Minoxidil is not a miracle worker by any means .. it can help but you’ll never get your original hair back once it’s gone 😭
