What are warranties good for if shops expect the customer to pay the difference a bumper to bumper is just that bumper to bumper sounds like someone in the dealership chain is screwing the techs that’s internal has nothing to do with the customer💯

New York passed a law last year satiating the the manufacture must pay the same as customer pay, hopefully other states pass the same law.

I left the automotive industry/Diesel because of pay and benefits. I went to go be a firefighter. I make much better money and have a pension. But I still miss being a technician. I loved it.

The customer needs to pay the difference from aftermarket warranty to the c.o.d pricing. He is correct but the manager, advisor need to make certain the technicians are getting paid. Customer needs to absorb the difference.
