Try the morey brand salmon from Costco. Put it in the oven for 32 mins at 375 degrees. Do the exact same this as you did here with foil but have some more space around the salmon. Drop some garlic cloves and chopped onions. You regret it. It will cook in the salmon oil.

I’ve had these and your review is spot on (especially about the skin sticking to the foil) - also noticed you cooked up two which is what it takes to make it meal size for me anyway.
