@intuitive_universe444: Replying to @Jenny Christine Taking care of your mental health does not make you less spiritual. If medication supports your mental health, stability, and overall quality of life, that deserves to come first. Being a medium or developing your intuition should never mean sacrificing your well-being out of fear that medication will somehow disconnect you from Spirit. Your spiritual practice should support your life, not prevent you from receiving the care you need. Never stop, start, or change a prescribed medication because of spiritual advice. Those decisions belong between you and your healthcare provider. #psychicdevelopment #MediumshipDevelopment #MentalHealth #psychic #
Love this video 💓 it’s so important! I hate when people say people on medication can’t connect. That’s furthest from the truth. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for talking about this. I just started on a SSRI again after years and years and was asking others advice if it was going to hinder my connection with spirit. So far It hasn’t at all

Thank you so much for talking about a topic that nobody talks about. At the beginning of my spiritual journey it was dark too and I was listening more to others thinking that my meds would interfere with my gifts. I got off of them for a while and realized it was not a good idea. I’ve learned to trust myself more and know that my meds help regulate my nervous system. I have a better connection while on my meds and tap in easier.

Yes I have tended to think I could connect better without meds. Then you stop, ok for a few days then back to square 1.
