@fox2now: A statue honoring rescue dog Tsunami has been unveiled in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in recognition of his search-and-rescue work. Tsunami received the city’s Honor of Merit award and a Medal of Valor from the Maracaibo Fire Department. The border collie helped locate survivors following the earthquakes that struck Venezuela and also participated in international rescue missions, including following the 2023 earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
