I agree with you on the first two but on the hair loss I say both, until you actually know the cause because there is not one cause for hair loss. With anxiety, I say both because you can do things topically like aromatherapy blends that can help calm the mind as well as internal, but it truly depends on the person and for the eczema. I also say both externally just to help make the person more comfortable, and then internally once you actually discover the root cause because much like hair loss there can be many different triggers for eczema both from the internal environment and the external environment.
