My kids father lost his dad in June and spiraled out we were together for 6 years and have 3 kids days before he rebounded he was telling how he missed tf out of me and the boys & that’s he loves me & a few days later he is with someone but when he is by himself talking to me for the kids he’s nice & I can tell he is depressed through his voice but if he is around her he is mean too me & a different person.

mine is definitely not fine he's chosen to live in a car rather than go to therapy and fix our marriage. he has a big problem with resolving conflict from the past or the present or showing any kind of cooperation and being a team player. everything makes him uncomfortable to deal with that everything is like a huge mountain to climb even everyday things that everybody does as adults
