@mummyandmeeatallergyfree: Sloppy Joes! These were so quick to whip up! Also, these were actually delicious! Once I stopped filming and got to sit down and enjoy them properly I inhaled two 😂 they grew on me quickly and my son and hubby loved them! My baby wasn’t a fan of the mince but she loves Turkish bread and wedges so she still enjoyed dinner 😅 Cost Breakdown: Mince: $8.99 Turkish rolls: $2.60 Total: $11.59 The rest I had at home! Recipe: Burger buns of choice/suited to your allergies -500g mince -A little veg of choice (optional)- I used a grated carrot and 1 finely chopped celery which actually gave it a great crunch! -1 tsp garlic -1 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard -1 tblsp brown sugar -1/3 cup tomato sauce -1/3 cup BBQ sauce Method: Brown the mince, add veg and soften for a few mins. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 mins. Slop onto some toasted burger buns. Make it stretch with some fries or wedges on the side. We will definitely make this again!
