I am the night shift supervisor, I don't sugar coat nothing with my team. my team has seen me lose my shit over the numbers 1st and 2nd shift left us. I've made it the rule to be as transparent with them as I can be and my team is fucking awesome. we blow out records and production numbers, I try to organize shit to give back to them and when it came time for raises I argued up the chain for a bigger budget to try and give them more. my team rocks. I've been offered positions off 3rd but I don't want to leave my team yet.
