Ay sf has energy it’s just decentralized especially to separate local activities from the newer tech crowd- a lot of it has also moved to Oakland where it’s a bit more pure. Love all. Just gotta defend my city a bit because it’s pretty misunderstood recently LOL

If you want apples to apples comparison on utilities compare a new build rent in nyc to that of a new build in New York and New York is substantially more money no matter if any utilities are included or not

yeah going out late in philly kind of sucks bc all of the bars close at 2 ☹️☹️would recommend plugging into the rave scene if you’re craving later nights bc they’re usually active till like 5
