@attorneylacy: Whatever you type into AI at work does not disappear. If an HR team prompts "how do we get rid of this person" and the reasons are illegal, that is not a good look when a lawyer asks for it in discovery. I've spent the last few months tailoring my interrogatories and document requests to ask about AI research and AI prompts about the case. Type like someone will read it later. Someone might.
