How do you get the customers to rate you? I just don’t understand it. I’m at 4.75 and been there for about a month. You’re not telling me my customers are not rating me. I’m qualified for Sapphire for every other metric and can’t get past the silver tier for customer rating mind-boggling

Why does everyone think sapphire was going to give you “better” offers? It even says better “availability” and that’s all. I will say it gives you lots more JFY orders, and I’m no longer watching for FCFS orders. You will see plenty of crappy orders, but I also get my fair share of doable orders. I like it so far. 👍

the deals have become intolerable since they implemented the tiers. i used to to 4-5 a day and now i may do one. not worth the gas use and wear and tear. i want the old spark back 😢

It makes no difference in any of the levels. Spark changes things every 39 minutes so this could be a thing of the past soon and it will be something else.

Are all your tiers at sapphire. because if you have one, that's still at gold or silver, then your points don't matter. my customer rating is four point 88, and everything else is sapphire, but that will keep me down in the gold. but i feel like I got better orders in silver.

don't you have to wait till the following month to start getting the next tier offers? if you just got to sapphire, aren't you still getting gold offers till October
