ive always had my neck adjusted while I was laying down on my back. I finally went to one after years of not going and im probably not going back 😕 apparently they all do the 3-4 different adjustments all in the same way for every person. that doesnt logically make sense since everyone is different

YES! Seen a Chiro for years and will ONLY see those who use the hands on method. Feeling the muscles and whether patience are relaxed is key!
