For those confused: Kratom naturally and used in moderation is very hard (but not impossible) to OD on. However, it does bind to your opioid receptors like actual opioids. So naturally people made synthetic versions of it, like 7-OH. That specific synthetic version can have anywhere from 10-50x the effect of fentanyl. That’s the incredibly abridged and summarized version. Do your own research, and use critical thinking

As a mother of an 18 yr old daughter who is away for her freshman year this is so absolutely heartbreaking, frightening. The poor parents it’s literally every parents absolute worst nightmare. Omg so young. So tragic. Prayers for their families 🙏

Guys you legitimately cannot overdose on Kratom in large amounts it actually presents itself almost as serotonin syndrome which yes seizures could do that but I would never point to Kratom solely for their deaths
