Lazy Butternut Lasagna What you’ll need: 1 tub whole milk ricotta (15 oz) ¾ cup grated Parmesan 1 tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp rubbed sage ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 3 cups butternut squash soup (from a carton) ½ cup heavy cream 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into big pieces 1 bag fully cooked Italian chicken meatballs, halved 2 big handfuls baby spinach 1½ cups shredded mozzarella How to make it: Dump the ricotta into a sprayed 9x13, then add the Parmesan, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper Pour in the butternut soup and heavy cream and stir until it’s creamy Break in the noodles, add the meatballs and spinach, and stir so the noodles get coated Press the noodles down under the sauce Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 min Uncover, add the mozzarella, and bake 15 more min Let it rest 15 min before you scoop, it tightens up as it sits #creatorsearchinsights #easymealanddinnerideas #easydinner #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas
