unpopular opinion but i much prefer fake flowers over real flowers , and since i’ve told my bf that he’s gotten me fake flowers , fake flowers don’t die so you can really keep them forever

if you want to preserve them what my girlfriend does is she takes out two or three and hangs them upside down and let's them dry out and then she sprays on hair spray (from a distance so the petals dont fly off) and keeps them looking relatively new

Dry them in the microwave! And then do this, I only had a few petals left the other fell that’s why it’s so empty but it works!

A helpful tip. When giving her flowers keep a couple yourself. As soon as you notice they’re starting to die buy her fresh flowers and repeat.

before they rot, take some flowers and hang them upside down in a dry, dark space (like a closet) thisll dry them out without leaving anything harmful like mold or excess bacteria, and preserves them like hell! i still have some roses my dad got for me in freshman year
