🫵 If you’re serious about building a house this year... Start right now with my Home Building Checklist 👉 Get it at BuilderBrigade.com When you’re building or renovating, think through exactly where you want filtered water before the plumbing is planned out. You’ve basically got three options: whole-home water filtration, dedicated filtered-water plumbing that only feeds certain locations, or point-of-use filters installed right at the fixture. Whole-home filtration sends filtered water everywhere like kitchen faucets, showers, laundry, and yes, even the toilets. Dedicated filtered-water lines can feed specific spots like the refrigerator, kitchen sink, coffee bar, water bottle filler, or other areas where you actually want drinking water. Then you have point-of-use filtration, like an under-sink water filter. I installed a Kraus kitchen faucet at my house that lets you use regular tap water with the handle one direction and filtered water from the under-sink system the other direction. These are the little plumbing decisions that are a whole lot easier to plan during a new home build or renovation than after the walls are closed up. @Kraus USA #BuilderBrigade #HomeBuildingChecklist #waterfiltration #wholehousefiltration #waterfilter
Slow Burn (Edited Version) - Doja Cat (Unreleased) Full Song credit goes to thelasttwopeopleonearth who made this edited version "Slow Burn" is an unreleased song by Doja Cat. It was intended for her fifth studio album, Vie. On November 12, 2024, Doja Cat shared an image on X (formerly known as Twitter) of various tracks that are making an appearance on her upcoming fifth studio album, one of which including "Slow Burn". A second demo tracklist was shared two days later, with the song still present. On April 13, 2025, after sharing a third demo tracklist, Doja cleared up some questions in another tweet, stating "take me dancing scrapped and used as easter eggs, slow burn scrapped, break my heart is called All Mine." Around late 2025, Doja Cat shared a screenshot to her alternative X account of herself listening to the song through the files app. On February 17, 2026, Doja Cat retweeted a tweet posted from her private alternative X account which read "the beautiful slow burn of becoming yourself". It was likely a reference to this song. On June 18, 2026, a snippet of the song was leaked online alongside a batch of other unreleased snippets. On July 25, 2026, the full demo of the song was leaked online. #dojacat #dojacatunreleased #viescrapped #viedojacat #fyp
