Coach can you post a video helping on the elbow drifting when throwing? I always throw but everytime I do my elbow ends up drifting up and you know the wrist is trailing the elbow and if the elbow is high the release point will be high. I try to drive the elbow forward but everytime I try to it drifts up

The only reason I asked to come out is because I I play both o line and d line so I unless there’s a small attack since I play left tackle, I don’t usually come out because we have extra players, but the coach likes me on the line
