@apnews: An ICE officer shot and wounded Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, a Venezuelan man, on Sunday afternoon in Austin, local authorities said. Perez was making a DoorDash delivery Sunday afternoon when ICE officers in an unmarked truck sideswiped his car twice, attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch said. He was shot and taken to a hospital, she said, then released into ICE custody with a bullet still in his back.
