What state? That’s a pier and beam foundation just as good as concrete slab. We have been looking into doing modular versus building our own home. I’m curious how many bedrooms and bathrooms and square feet do you have in the home. I’m gonna go back and look at your other videos to see if I can get more information. I’m so glad you shared this because it’s a question that I have been wondering for a while. You can see that tells on TikTok saying 75,000 with 7500 down for module
