@thatfamily77: Running for 21mins straight without stopping is really something else! As a stay at home mom of 3 I never felt the urge to excersize… I always gave the mothers extra flowers that took the time to work on their bodies everyday or consistently as I just didn’t have the desire or ambitions to do so🫠 my man has always been the athletic one in our relationship always working out, playing soccer, running, kickball, etc.. anything to better his health and body and seeing him train for his runs made me finally start to work on my body… so I run 🫶🏽 I’m training for my first 5k while he’s about to be going to his first half marathon in Chicago next weekend! Ps: saying all this to say self care is everthing and nothing at the same time! Doing what works for you and doing it consistently and with ambition is all that matters mommy!
