@soocanadian: Prime Minister Mark Carney says his focus during the United Nations General Assembly in New York is on meeting world leaders he does not normally see. Carney was asked by reporters on Tuesday whether he had spoken with U.S. President Donald Trump or any member of the U.S. administration since arriving in New York. “I find that when you have 160 leaders come to New York that it’s most valuable to meet those who you don’t normally see,” Carney said. Carney is in New York for the UN General Assembly, where leaders from around the world have gathered for the annual high-level meetings.
