Ueno – best for value** 📌 Usually cheaper than Shinjuku or Shibuya 📌 Direct access to Narita Airport via Keisei Skyliner 📌 Close to Ueno Park, Ameyoko & museums 📌 Good choice if you want a more local atmosphere without giving up convenient transport **3.
