@foodeatingfun: 🇸🇪Kladdkaka: easy, quick, gooey, and fantastic chocolate cake! ⬇️⬇️ This is Frederiksfika’s recipe for Kladdkaka, endorsed by IKEA themselves: Ingredients: 200g butter 270g sugar 60g cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 3 eggs 90g all purpose flour A 7-9 inch cake pan (mine is 8) Method: -Preheat oven to 175c/350f and line the pan with parchment, grease the sides -Melt the butter over low heat, remove from heat -In the same pot, whisk in the sugar, salt, and cocoa until well combined -Whisk in the eggs, one at a time -Fold in flour until fully combined -Pour into pan and bake on the middle rack for 18-25 minutes. Cake should wobble in the center. You can take it out at 18 for a very gooey center but I went for around 23 minutes to get a gooey and dense but not wet center -Enjoy! #cake #kladdkaka #internationalfood #ikea
