It means he seen a doctor a month after he was born. The referral is good for a year but nothing after that is concerning. That means she never followed up with the doctors referral

There is no such thing as cps probation. It say closed because referrals only last 1 yr.

this dont prove anything other then he had a referral. my referrals says closed on my primary portal after I went to it. some also say closed if I disnt go to the dr they referred me to and found one on my own. some Dr's will tell you hey ypu need to go have a mammogram im referring you to dr Smith. but if I set one up myself at a different drs then their referral shows closed.. but I still went for mamo

And the referral doesn’t even say what is it was for and going to. They purposely left off the provider first and last name. We don’t know if he received care at a private facility(medical records won’t show) another office. It’s so many variables.
