People say to sell but I get overwhelmed just having the stuff IN my house. When I’m in my decluttering mindset I need it GONE yesterday 😭 I do however give it to my parents and sister to see what they want.

yasss!!! I did this during covid thanks to tiktok. 6 yrs later dusting and keeping my house clean has never been eaiser. took me 3 yrs sold a shit ton paid off old debts and not looking back

I cleaned out over half of our stuff. I donated it all. I thought about selling but then I would have had to keep it somewhere until it sold so I donated it. I wear more clothes, shoes and jewelry since I am not overwhelmed with clothes in my closet that I hate or don’t fit. It takes me so little time to clean now that I don’t have home decor everywhere. I took a minimalist approach to decor. You won’t regret it. I put larger things on my curb and they magically disappear.

I once heard someone here give a tip for decluttering saying it’s practically selfish to keep things you don’t use because someone else can enjoy it and it altered my brain chemistry and I’m clutter free now
